Which files
We accept STL and 3MF files. STEP and other CAD formats are not supported; export your model as STL or 3MF from your CAD software first.
What the check looks at
- Whether the model is closed and forms a single body
- The outer dimensions, and whether it fits one of our printers
- Whether anything in the file would stop it from printing well
Your file stays yours
We use your file only to print your order.
